萧红是30年代中国著名女作家，以反映中国北方民俗的长篇小说《呼兰河传》 驰名中外文坛。 萧红故居坐落在松花江北的呼兰河畔，是北方乡村的典型建筑。从中不仅可以 探索萧红的成长环境和生活轨迹，而且还可以领略30年代北方人民生活方式与风俗 习惯，是学习、研究中国现代文学的重要场所。
Xiao Hong was an important Chinese female writer of the 1930s. She is
renowned in the world of letters both at home and abroad for her novel Th
History of the Hulan River that reflects the folkways in northern China.
The Former Residence of xiao Hong is located on the beach of the Hula
n River, north of the Songhua River. It is a typical northern Chinese rur
al building preserved for learning about the life style and customs of th
e northern Chinese in the 1930s as well as for the study of Xiao Hong's l
iving environment and life tracks.
