orthern china. This activity is full of excitement, danger, marvel and beauty
embodying man's force to conquer Nature. The Harbin Ice and Snow Festival has
been held annually since 1985. Combining tourism with recreation, it attracts
extensively Chinese and foreign tourists, businessmen and financiers and has
become a world-famous recreational activity now.
