塞北江南——牡丹江
牡丹江市是黑龙江省东南部政治、经济、文化、交通和对外开
放的中心城市，北靠七台河市：西邻哈尔滨；南与吉林省的珲春、
汪清、敦化接壤，东南与俄罗斯滨海边区为界，边境线长２０７公
里，处于中、俄、朝国际合作“金三角”的腹地。
在牡丹江市与俄罗斯接壤的边境线上，有绥芬河、东宁两个国
家一类口岸。经过几年来的发展和建设，口岸功能逐渐完善，青云
市场已发展成绥芬河口岸驰名中外的边民互市贸易市场。现已形成
以牡丹江市为轴心、以边境口岸为窗口的全方位开放的沿边开放带
和边境旅游、跨国旅游区。
牡丹江市旅游资源丰富，境内江河纵横，森林茂密，山川秀丽
气候宜人。世界著名的高山堰塞湖——镜泊湖，位于牡丹江市以南
１０９公里处，湖面海拔３５０米，象一朵银带飘浮在苍翠的群山
之中，湖光山色相映，瀑布与波涛争鸣，火山口的地下森林与高山
堰塞湖媲美。
景色秀丽的牡丹峰自然保护区、三道关黑熊养殖基地、横道河
子养虎中心、八女投江纪念碑、杨子荣烈士纪念馆、历史悠久的唐
代渤海国上京龙泉府与独具特色的民俗风情和极具魅力的冬季冰雪
旅游吸引着众多的中外游客。
丰富的旅游资源和良好的投资环境，为牡丹江市发展旅游业和
扩大招商引资创造了有利条件。牡丹江正在发展建设成为东北亚地
区的国际经贸商城和特色旅游城。
MUDANJIANG-A SOUTHERN-TYPE CITY
Mudanjian is a political,economic,cultural and com
munications center in southeast Heilongjiang and major
city opening to the ourside world.It is bordered by Qi
taihe City,the city of coal,in the north;Songhuajiang
Prefcture,a granary,in the west;Huichun,Wangqing and D
unhua counties of Jilin Province in the south;and Russ
ia in the southeast.With a border line of 207 kilomete
rs,it is in the hinterland of the Golden Delta for the
cooperation between China,Russia and Korea.
Along the borderlines between Mudanjiang City and
Russia,there are two first-class national ports of ent
ry-Suifenhe and Dongning.Thanks to the efforts in the
past tew years,the funcitons of the ports have gradual
ly been perfected ;and the Qingyun Market has become a
well-known border trade fair in Suifenhe Port.The fro
ntier open zone and the border and transnational touri
sm areas with Mudanjiang as the center and the border
ports as the windows have been formed.
Rich in tourism resources,Mudanjiang has crisscros
s riers,dense forests,beautiful mountains and a pleasa
nt climate,Lake Jingbo,a world=famous alpine barrier l
ake,is 109 kilometers south of the city.The lake,350 m
eters above sea level,is like a silver band floating a
mong green mountain ranges.Its picturesque scenery is

barrier lake,etc.
